For the manufacturing of apparatus and plants, best-trained welders for manual welding, modern sheet bending and submerged arc welding devices, automatic welding machine.

Equipment and plants weighing up to 40 t can be manufactured in carbon and stainless steel on a production area of altogether 8,000 m².

Non-destructive materials tests, such as X-ray, penetration and ultrasound tests, are carried out by staff kept up to date with the latest developments by our continuous training.

Our works are equipped with modern sand-blasting, painting and drying plants to sand-blast and coat components of weights up to 40 tons in accordance with the latest EU environmental standards.

The plants are positioned right next to the production systems and are fed directly by a crane on rails. They handle tanks and vessels of up to 4.0 m in diameter and 16 m in length for coating. Spray walls are provided to accommodate smaller parts.

A manganese phosphating system with bath dimensions 900 x 500 x 800 mm is available for special surface treatment.
